Port Clinton Music Booster

Minutes: 6/19/06

Time: 6:00 pm.

Attendance: Present President, Kim Royster, Vice-President, Amy Krupp, Treasurer, Bob Dodge, Secretary, Gloria Alvarado, Becky Zoeller, Brenda Fisher, Brian Stitak, Julie Walter, Joe Walter, Molly Dodge, Sheree Quan, Ron Nisch, Greg Fox, Carol Fox, Marcia Bloom, and Chris Harris.

President Kim Royster opened meeting with Marcia Bloom to present the 2006/2007 budget. There was a remaining balance of $5,000.00 left and adjustments were made for funds towards cleaning and purchasing of uniforms. It was agreed that $3,800 will be placed towards the purchase of new uniforms and the remaining $1,200 will be budgeted for cleaning of uniforms. Approved by Brian Stitak, seconded by Becky Zoeller. Marcia proceeded  with the 2006/2007 budget, budget was approved by Becky Zoeller, seconded by Kim Royster.

Kim Royster added that the letters for membership will be ready to mail by the following week. Becky Zoeller suggested that the school pay the cost for one mailing. Kim Roster added that she was not aware that the school would do so, but that she would ask.

Molly Dodge reported on the inventory of old raincoats, she has categorized all the uniforms by size and they are sitting on top of the cubbies in the band room. We need to determine what we want to do with them. Also she hung and numbered all the new coats. Good Job Molly!

Questions concerning the concession stand book were inquired and what was needed to be done to get things going. To no avail concession stand book remains a mystery and therefore we will move forward with presenting a new revised handbook.
