Minutes: 12/11/06

Time: 7:00 pm.

 

Attendance: Treasurer: Bob Dodge, President: Kim Royster,  Secretary: Gloria Alvarado, Brian Stitak, Tom Bixler, Greg Fox, Becky Zoeller,  Brinda Fisher, and Brenda Brahier.

 

Secretary Report: Post poned

 

Treasurer Report: read and approved by Brian Stitak, second Becky Zoeller

 

Directors Report: Fox, December 9 refreshments went well. CD’s from last year were purchased and are still needed to be mailed out. TOC went well (see notes).

 

Stitak: Dec. 2 – 20 students from Middle School and High School played at Bassett’s  picture in the News Herald. Dec. 13 – 7:30 concert, and Dec. 19 High School.

 

Bixler: Band prepare for concert sight readings for March concert website update.

 

Miller: Fruit Sale Committee – Great Thanks! Jazz Band – after 1^st of year Pep Band 50 members. Uniform issue- some lost and some are slowly returning. Trips – Florida Trip – perform New Year’s opportunity 4 nights 3 day pass/1 week package $790 per person Dec. 27 thru Jan. 2 6 days/4 nights.

 

Fruit Sale:

            Approximately $7,150 cleared delivery date Thursday, December 14 afternoon between 5 & 6 pm. At concert please remind parents to pick up fruit.

 

Unfinished Business:

            Sheree Quan is Chair for OMEA, Alice and Marcia are to talk with Sheree regarding amounts and items to purchase.

            Pep Band – signs need to put up for food.

 

New Business: Fundraiser for spring idea

                        CD for Scholarship – make stipulation, money to come out of CD without penalty.
