Treasurer's Report

Stop Payment was made on one refund check from the cancelled music trip at a cost of $25.00.

The check was reissued. The interest rate has gone up to 5% on one of the renewing CD's. The annual post office box was paid, which lead to a question about the bulk mailing permit. This is used once a year for the membership letters, but may be used more if a newsletter or other mass mailing of at least 200 occurs. Bob Dodge moved to accept and Carol Fox 2nd.

Old Business

Fundraiser- Mr. Bixler brought in an article from Sandusky register on Malles Chocolates -describing an on-line fund raiser. No money is collected and deliveries are made by Malles.

Mr. Fox was contacted by a business out of Bellevue about a spot cleaning solution that is sold for $15.00 and costs $7.50. Mr. Fox will have them come to the may meeting.

Track concession needs to be staffed. Sheet was past for sign up.

The recipient for the Music Booster Scholarship has been chosen. This will be announced at the awards banquet.

New Business:

Need a slate of officers for next year.

Trustees- need three for new 2 year term - returning for their 2nd year are Jane Fleming, Carol Fox, Deb Christianson
